7/13 Build Your Own Colander!
Come join us on Sunday 7/13 at 2pm for our seasonal workshop at Lifestyle Pottery! In this class you’ll receive a large slab of clay, a template, and essential tools to create your very own berry bowl/colander! The class will be lead by your instructor, with 2 hours to build your masterpiece! Colanders are great for washing vegetables, fruits, straining certain types of food such as pasta, etc. After your class, your pottery will dry out and be fired in the kiln, this typically takes a total of 3 weeks. Once they’ve gone through their first kiln firing you’ll be able to come back in to glaze/paint it yourself (after receiving an email). Once it’s glazed it will go through one last firing before it’s ready to be picked up!
