• No shows and Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will not result in a refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations or reschedules may be done for free, up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Reminder!

• We hold onto pottery for 4 months! You’ll receive an email/call at 3 months as a reminder that we’ll be holding onto it for only ONE more month. Any pottery left behind after 4 months will be removed!

• Our private pottery classes and workshops are always outside of shop hours. When you come to our shop for your scheduled appointment the “closed” sign will be shown, that is to help keep our classes fully private, please come right in!
